We had an outstanding experience working with Innovative Interiors from start to finish. Their design team, Kerry and Jenny, really impressed us. They provided full-scale renderings even before we signed a contract, and despite our limited space, they came back with several creative layout options. Their showroom was also a huge plus, allowing us to see every sample in person. We went back and forth on our design quite a bit, and they were consistently patient and accommodating. We took our time comparing multiple providers, but once we made our decision, they moved quickly to get the project underway.
On the contracting side, we had some initial questions (my wife is an attorney), and the owner, Brian Bramble, personally called us to walk through everything in detail. That conversation earned our trust and made us confident moving forward.
During construction, we were out of town for the first two weeks, and communication was excellent. They sent updates and photos whenever we asked. Roy and Matt, the primary builders on our project, were incredibly detail‑oriented and their workmanship was impeccable. Although the project extended to about 4.5 weeks because it landed right before Thanksgiving (a very busy time for remodeling) the added time was completely understandable considering the level of care and quality they delivered.
The project involved removing a wall in our older home, and they handled the challenges of old construction beautifully. We only had one change order, related to unforeseen subfloor issues, and it was handled transparently. We hadn’t finalized our tile-edge strip or grout color ahead of time, but Jenny sent over suggestions that were spot‑on. She matched the tile edge to our cabinet hardware and chose a grout color that made our leaf‑pattern backsplash look perfect.
Although Innovative Interiors doesn’t perform flooring services themselves or do any subcontracting, they were extremely flexible working with the flooring provider we selected.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the results or the experience. The team was talented, trustworthy, and genuinely great to work with.
We highly recommend Innovative Interiors to anyone considering a remodel.

We knew what changes we wanted to make to the space, but were new to the professional renovation experience so weren't quite sure what to expect. Brian and Jenny were attentive in listening to our vision and nailed it in their design proposal. The entire construction team was a pleasure to have in our home. They treated it with so much care and consideration during the entire project. The team provided great communication on the progress each week. Innovative interiors completely renovated our Kitchen over the past Dec-Jan and did a great job. Kerry helped us pick a good design including cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting, and appliances, changing from electric to gas stove venting outside. The folks who actually did the work were equally good, especially Roy, Matt, and Joey. They delivered on what they promised, and stayed on time / budget. Best renovation company we have worked with (and we’ve done three projects previously). PS Late review because we’ve been busy and usually wait before posting a review. Photos are a bit old (from Jan; we painted walls ourselves to save cost and had not done ceiling).
